Yes — we have a basic starting price sheet for standard services, but because every project is unique, we customise quotes to suit your specific needs. That means you get a price that makes sense and results that make a difference. Fill in the Request A Quote form or contact us to start.

We accept:
• Cash, though we prefer not to use this method for safety reasons.
• Bank transfer / EFT
• Electronic payment (where applicable)
So you can choose what works best for you.

    From there, we get into the fun stuff.

Graphic Design

We start with a proper chat — we call it The Brief. That’s where we listen to you, understand your goals, and get a feel for your brand. Then we design, get your feedback, make improvements, and refine until you’re happy. It’s collaborative, creative, and structured for success.

Once everything is finalised and paid up, you’ll receive all your files electronically — usually via email, Dropbox or link — in formats ready for web or print. We keep a copy too, just in case you need it later.

Yes — once the job is settled, copyright transfers to you. We might share the work in our portfolio (that’s how good work gets seen 😌), but the rights to use it? All yours.

No way — anything we make is custom and crafted from pencil based on your brief. No generic clip-art here.

Yes — you get your master files (like PSD, AI, EPS, CDR) as well as standard formats (PDF, PNG, JPG). That way, you can use them however you need — print, digital, or future updates.

Yes — we do rush jobs when we can, but they will include a rush fee. Best to call ahead and check availability so we can plan it properly.

Absolutely — we’re a one-stop creative + web partner. We can register your domain, design your site, set up hosting, and configure email for you — so you don’t have to deal with too many cooks.

Yes — we can set up custom business emails (like sales@yourdomain.co.za or info@business.org.za) as part of the process.

Not exactly — different screens and browsers can display slight variations. We design and test across common devices and browsers, so your site looks great wherever it’s opened.

Pretty simple: a professionally made website, a domain name, and hosting. That’s the foundation for a credible online presence.

Text and images in digital formats are a big help (like Word docs and high-res photos), but if tech isn’t your thing, we can help prepare it too. Just let us know.

Nope — we discuss everything upfront and stick to the agreed price once the project starts. Transparency is part of how we work.

Yes — once completed and online, the site is 100% yours.

Yes — we can give your current site a facelift (keeping your look) or a full refresh if you want something new.

Typically 5–7 working days once all content is ready. Delays usually happen when text or images are still coming from the client.

Printing

We print all sorts — business cards, profiles, brochures, banners, flyers, stickers, calendars, annual reports, corporate gifts, signage and more. If it can be designed to be printed, we do it.

Yes — and that’s one of our strengths. We design with printing in mind, which means fewer mistakes, better finishes, and a smoother process from concept to delivery. One team, one process, no headaches.

We offer a range of professional finishes depending on the product, including:

Yes — once the project is approved, you’ll see progress updates. If it’s being delivered, we’ll share tracking info. We’ll keep you posted at every stage.

Yes. While bulk printing is more cost-effective, we do offer short-run printing for businesses that need flexibility or are testing the waters.

We work with various paper stocks — from standard and coated papers to premium textured options. We’ll recommend the best stock based on your design, usage, and budget.

Yes — we design and print branded corporate items such as:

  • T-shirts & corporate shirts

  • Mugs

  • Caps

  • Branded stationery & promotional items
    Perfect for events, staff wear, or client gifting.

Turnaround times depend on the item and quantity, but most printing jobs take 3–7 working days after final approval. Rush jobs can be accommodated where possible.

Always. We’ll send you a digital proof for approval before anything goes to print. Nothing moves forward until you’re happy.

Screens and printers work differently, so slight variations can happen. We design using print-safe colour settings and calibrations to ensure the closest possible match.

If the error is on our side, we’ll fix it. If the error was approved in the final proof, we’ll help where possible — but approvals are taken seriously to avoid delays and costs.
